18th Phase of emergency cash transfer project in Amran launched

AMRAN - SABA: The disbursement of social welfare funds for 78,900 beneficiaries registered with the Social Welfare Fund has begun in Amran province, totaling 2.26 billion Y.R.During the launch, Ali al-Samah, Director General of the Fund's branch, outlined that disbursements will be made across nine districts through al-Amal Bank, five districts through the Bank of Yemen and Kuwait, and six districts through al-Kuraimi Bank.He emphasized the significance of this 18th phase of the emergency cash transfer project, particularly in the current challenging circumstances facing the country due to ongoing aggression and blockade.Source: Yemen News Agency
