The Federal Police forces arrested (19) defendants according to various legal articles in Baghdad.The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement: 'The security effort for operations to impose security and order carried out by units of the Fifth Division of the Federal Police, with the support of the intelligence effort and attached units in the areas east of the capital, Baghdad, resulted in the arrest of (19) defendants in accordance with legal provisions that included (quarrel, violators), residence conditions include possession of an unlicensed weapon, failure to carry identification documents, in addition to the seizure of a number of illegal cars and motorcycles.'It added: 'The accused and the seized items were duly referred to the competent authorities.Source: National Iraqi News Agency
