20 dead as boat capsises in Nangarhar, Afghanistan

KABUL: At least 20 people, including women and children, lost their lives Saturday after a boat they were on sank in a river in Nangarhar province, eastern Afghanistan.The Nangarhar Governor's Office stated in a report by the Afghan Khaama Press news agency that the bodies of five victims have been recovered so far, while rescue teams continue to search for other victims.Source: Emirates News Agency
