TOKYO: An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 struck off the western Ogasawara Islands of Japan on Monday morning, but no tsunami warning was issued, Japan Meteorological Agency said.The temblor occurred at 5:02 am local time, measuring 3 on the Japanese seismic intensity scale of 7 in Ogasawara Village. The epicentre was at a depth of 530 km.There are no immediate reports of injuries or damage.Source: Emirates News Agency
