Idaho State: A pickup truck collided with a tour van carrying 14 foreign travelers on a highway leading to Yellowstone National Park, resulting in seven fatalities and eight injuries, Idaho State Police reported.
According to Emirates News Agency, the accident occurred on U.S. Highway 20 near Henry's Lake State Park in eastern Idaho, approximately 16 miles (26 kilometers) west of Yellowstone National Park. The van, which was transporting a tour group of 14 individuals, was severely impacted in the crash.
The surviving occupants of the van were transported to hospitals for medical treatment, as confirmed by a police spokesperson. Authorities have stated that the crash is currently under investigation to determine the circumstances leading to this tragic incident.
