The Ministry of Foreign affairs on Thursday expressed gratitude to Egypt regarding its cooperation and rapid response to determine circumstances of the incident of burning the State of Kuwait Flag.
The Ministry affirmed that a video clip of the incident had been posted on social media platforms, noting that the Egyptian authorities denied "existence of any evidences proving that the user of the relevant account is Egyptian or living in Egypt." It affirmed that the brotherly relations with Egypt are solid and their mutual keenness to take any required action vis a vis any bid intended to undermine the distinctive ties between the two brotherly countries.
