Kuwait Prime Minister congratulates Peru on national day

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah has addressed a cable to Peruvian President Dina Boluarte expressing congratulations on her country's national day.
