On anniversary of burning of Al-Aqsa.. Saba Agency accompanies Palestinian demonstrators on Gaza border

On the 54th anniversary of the crime of burning Al-Aqsa Mosque at the hands of a Zionist settler, the Palestinian masses, at the invitation of the National and Islamic Action factions, marched towards the separating line with the Zionist enemy, east of Gaza City, to affirm their categorical rejection of harming Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Yemeni News Agency (Saba) accompanied the revolting Palestinian masses who arrived at the separation wall and raised the Palestinian flags on it, while the Zionist enemy army fired live bullets and gas bombs massively at the demonstrators, injuring 18 Palestinians, including journalists and paramedics.

Hamas spokesman, Hazem Qassem, told the correspondent of the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): The central message of the resistance factions on this anniversary is that what the Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed to in terms of a Judaizing war in these times is more dangerous than its burning 54 years ago.

Qassem added: The message of the powerful Palestinian factions from the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip and a few meters away from the enemy’s vehicles is that the resistance will always be ready to protect the Palestinian, Arab and Islamic identity of Al-Aqsa.

The spokesman for the Islamic Jihad Movement, Tariq Selmi, agreed with him, who told the correspondent of the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that his movement's position on the anniversary of the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque is the necessity of preserving the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, its victory, and its defense.

Selmi continued: "The Islamic Jihad movement confirms that the Palestinian people continue their uprising in the face of the Zionist enemy and affirms the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and that Al-Quds is a symbol of Arab and Islamic identity."

Selmi stated that the Palestinian people are facing the enemy today with more resistance and revolution represented by the Jenin Battalion and the Al-Quds Brigades, pointing to the importance of highlighting the Palestinian narrative that calls for a culture of clash and confronting all plans and policies that aim to liquidate the Palestinian cause.

Meanwhile, the leader of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Talal Abu Zarifa, spoke to the correspondent of the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), saying: "On the anniversary of the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the occupation holocausts are still continuing at the hands of the settlers and the occupation army, who believes that with this policy he can quell the Palestinian struggle."

Abu Zarifa stated that the occupation cannot discourage our people and their resistance from moving forward in confronting the continuous policies of Judaization of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the policy of settlement and annexation of the West Bank, or tampering with the lives of civilians among our people at the hands of gangs of settlers.

Abu Zarifa pointed out that the Palestinian resistance is now forcing settlers and the occupation army to pay a heavy price, to confirm that all occupation policies will not discourage our people from moving forward on the path of resistance, as the option capable of curbing the occupation and raising its cost, since the enemy only understands the language of force.

The terrorist Zionist settler, "Michael Dennis", deliberately set fire to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first qiblah for Muslims and the Israa of the Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, on the 21st of August 1969, as the fire devoured important parts of the mosque, this crime led to the burning of the pulpit of Nour al-Din Mahmoud, and the flames of fire are still burning today due to the continuous attacks and incursions and attempts to divide Al-Aqsa Mosque temporally and spatially.
