Kuwait Premier congratulates Uruguay on Nat’l Day

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President of Uruguay Luis Lacalle Pou on Friday on his country's National Day.
