Five Iranian pilgrims (visitors) were killed and 16 others were injured, as a result of the overturning of the bus they were traveling by, the type "Coaster" on Badra-Daboni road, east of Wasit Governorate.
The Director General of Wasit Health Directorate, Dr. Jabbar Al-Yasiri, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): "The injured were transferred to Al-Zahraa Teaching Hospital in Al-Kut, first aid was given to them and their wounds were bandaged, and they are still in the hospital until their health condition improves."
He added: "five Iranian visitors died at the moment of the accident."/ End
