Islamic University of Madinah yesterday announced the beginning of receiving applications to register in the Sharia and economics online programs for the bachelor's degree for international students residing outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the 1445 Hijri academic year and submitting applications will continue until September 28.
The university called on those wishing to apply to check on the conditions and criteria for admission and registration in the two programs via the admission portal on the university's website. The criteria include that the applicant should be non-Saudi and non-resident in the Kingdom, should have a certified scientific qualification not less than the second secondary certificate, and pass the Arabic language test. The initial nomination of applicants will be announced before the start of study in the two programs on January 28, 2024.
The study pattern in the Sharia and economics online programs at the Islamic University includes synchronized lectures that are delivered via the university's online platform live, in addition to non-synchronized lectures including recorded lectures, educational contact hours, and benefiting from the services offered by the university such as educational systems, scientific content, and digital library. The duration of study in the program is four years and up to six years, where graduates are granted a bachelor's degree after completing the requirements of the program.
