Riyadh, Saudi Justice Minister Dr. Walid Al-Samaani has launched a new set of family care services through the Najiz.sa platform, with the aim of ensuring the protection of the family unit and an efficient distribution of justice in family matters, in accordance with the personal status law, a press release from the ministry informs.
According to the release, the new services permit filling in child custody applications, paying expenses and deciding visitation rights. These services can be accessed online through the Najiz.sa platform, following simple steps that help save time and effort for clients.
The family care services will provide digital solutions to help resolve family disputes and ensure that the rights of the parties involved are guaranteed. They will also help determine the eligibility for child custody, calculate the amount of expenses and specify visitation times, based on an approved schedule.
"The new services are part of several initiatives that aim to improve the stability and well-being of families, such as the activation of the conciliation process and the implementation of the personal status law," the release said.
