Baghdad, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, discussed with the French Ambassador to Iraq, Eric Chevalier, the importance of proceeding with the strategic partnership agreement signed between the Iraqi and French governments.
According to a statement by Al-Halbousi’s office, the meeting discussed bilateral relations, enhancing cooperation between the two countries, and the importance of proceeding with the strategic partnership agreement signed between the Iraqi and French governments.
The meeting also discussed developments in the situation in the Gaza Strip and the humanitarian crisis, where it was emphasized that the international community should strive to stop the war and bring in relief materials.
