The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned in the strongest terms the American aggression launched against a number of regions in Iraq and Syria, which resulted in a number of casualties. In the statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Ministry confirmed that this aggression is a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter, international law, and all international norms and conventions. It pointed out that this aggression and the ongoing American-British aggression against Yemen that preceded it confirms the falsity of the American claim of being keen not to escalate and expand the circle of war in the region and clearly proves that America is the real threat to international peace and security. The statement warned the United States against continuing its aggression against countries in the region, which may lead to destabilizing security and stability in the region and the world. The statement expressed the solidarity of the government and people of Yemen with the governments and peoples of Iraq and Syria and their concern for security and stability in these two brotherly countries.
