Saudi, Uzbek Parliamentary Friendship Committees Discuss Enhancing Cooperation

Tashkent, A delegation from the Shura Council's Saudi-Uzbek Parliamentary Friendship Committee discussed enhancing cooperation with Uzbekistan's Oliy Majlis (Parliament).Led by Shura Council member and Committee Chairman Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Jarbaa, the delegation made an official visit to Uzbekistan.It met with Uzbek Oliy Majlis First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber Akmal Saidov and the Uzbek parliamentary delegation of the Uzbek-Saudi friendship committee.During the meeting, the delegations discussed relations between Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan, means of enhancing parliamentary cooperation, and other topics of mutual concern.Source: Saudi Press Agency
