Kuwait Min. of Public Works stresses removing obstacles to T2 project

Kuwaiti Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Noura Al-Mashaan has underlined the resolve of working on eliminating hindrances to help fulfill the implementation of the new T2 project at the airport as planned.Speaking to KUNA on Saturday, the minister said that the T2, when achieved in cooperation with concerned bodies, would contribute greatly to improving passengers' experience and accommodating expected increased number of travelers.The new airport project comes to confirm commitments to developing the civil aviation sector as it plays a vital role in backing the country's economy, she pointed out.The minister pointed to a meeting held earlier in the day with the contractor and administrative office of the project to affirm the need of accelerating implementing the project, in line with the timetable of the contract.Source: Kuwait News Agency
