GASTAT: Non-Oil Activities in Saudi Arabia Grow by 4.9% in Q2 2024

According to estimates by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT), non-oil activities and government activities witnessed a growth of 4.9% and 3.6%, respectively, in the second quarter of 2024, compared to the same period of 2023.The seasonally adjusted real GDP in the second quarter of 2024 increased by 1.4% compared to the first quarter of 2024.The real GDP decreased by 0.3% in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the same period of 2023, affected by the 8.9% decline in oil activities.Source: Saudi Press Agency
