The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange rose 26.30 points, or 0.25%, at the start of trading on Tuesday, to reach the level of 10,475 points, compared to yesterday’s closing.

QSE general index was supported by a rise in Telecoms by 1.33%; Real Estate by 0.36%; Transportation by 0.32%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.27%; and Industrials by 0.19%. On the other hand:SE general index was supported by a rise in Telecoms by 1.33%; Real Estate by 0.36%; Transportation by 0.32%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.27%; and Industrials by 0.19%. On the other hand, the index saw a decline in Insurance by 0.05%; and Consumer Goods and Services by 0.11%.By 10:00 am, 48.363 million shares were traded in 2,752 transactions valued QR 73.669 million.
