Dubai: Arada has launched Nest Hotel, its first homegrown hospitality brand, during the Arabian Travel Market 2025. Designed as a vibrant and affordable midscale offering, Nest Hotel combines comfort, community, and convenience.
According to Emirates News Agency, the first Nest Hotel is set to open in October at Aljada, Arada's AED35 billion megaproject in Sharjah. Managed by Arada Hospitality, the property will feature 431 design-led rooms across two buildings, located adjacent to the Nest Campus student housing cluster and opposite Arada's Central Business District.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, emphasized that the brand reflects the company's commitment to delivering people-focused, value-driven destinations. Amit Arora, Chief Operating Officer, noted that the hotel's concept was shaped by insights from the Aljada community, offering a next-generation stay with convenience, energy, and connectivity at its core.
The property will include mobile check-in, digital room access, coworking spaces, energy-efficient systems, a pool, and all-day dining. It aims to serve the rising demand from the MICE and leisure tourism sectors, with Sharjah International Airport - just five minutes away - welcoming 17 million passengers in 2024, marking an 11 percent increase from the previous year.
Nest Hotel will also cater to internal demand from Aljada, which recorded 8 million visitors in 2024. The hotel is strategically positioned to support Sharjah's academic and event sectors, including visitors to the nearby Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre.
Spanning 24 million square feet and comprising 25,000 homes, Aljada is a major mixed-use development with residential, commercial, retail, entertainment, educational, and healthcare components. The community also features branded hospitality offerings, including Vida Aljada, The Address Aljada, and Rove Aljada, developed by Arada in partnership with Emaar Hospitality Group and Meraas.
Nest Hotel joins Arada Hospitality's expanding portfolio, which includes Nest Campus and wellness and F and B brands such as Wellfit, FitnGlam, FITCODE, The Platform Studios, Boost Juice, The Reformatory Lab, Hungry Wolves, and Zad.
