Air Arabia Expands Russian Network with New Routes from Ras Al Khaimah

Ras al khaimah: Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa's leading low-cost carrier, has announced the launch of two new direct routes connecting Ras Al Khaimah to Yekaterinburg and Kazan in Russia. The expansion marks a significant development in the airline's operations from its Ras Al Khaimah hub.

According to Emirates News Agency, the new flights will begin in October, further enhancing the airline's growing network. Starting October 27, 2025, Air Arabia will offer weekly flights to Yekaterinburg's Koltsovo International Airport every Monday. The non-stop service to Kazan International Airport is set to commence on October 31, 2025, with weekly flights scheduled for every Friday.

Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, expressed satisfaction with the new services, highlighting the airline's commitment to providing more travel options and supporting tourism and trade between the UAE and Russia. The expansion of routes reflects Air Arabia's dedication to strengthening its presence in the Russian market.

The introduction of the Yekaterinburg and Kazan routes is part of Air Arabia's continuous growth strategy from Ras Al Khaimah, reaffirming its commitment to affordable and convenient travel options to Russia. These new additions complement existing direct flights to Moscow, offering enhanced connectivity for both leisure and business travelers.

Currently, Yekaterinburg is also served with non-stop flights from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, while Kazan is accessible from Sharjah. This network provides passengers across the UAE with multiple gateways to Russia through Air Arabia's extensive routes.

From Ras Al Khaimah, Air Arabia now serves a network of 10 international destinations, including Cairo, Jeddah, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Calicut, Moscow, Tashkent, and the newly added Yekaterinburg and Kazan.
