Abu dhabi: ThinkProp Venture, an Abu Dhabi- and Dubai-based real estate training institute under the Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) Venture, has announced the launch of ThinkProp AI Academy. This initiative is the first in the UAE aimed at developing AI-enabled skills for real estate and business professionals.
According to Emirates News Agency, ThinkProp AI Academy goes beyond traditional training platforms by introducing a structured enablement system that incorporates AI into every aspect of the learning process. This includes guidance, simulation, assessment, and performance measurement, ensuring that learners are not only trained but fully prepared for real-world application.
The academy has been developed to meet UAE market needs while adhering to global best practices. It offers specialized courses in areas such as real estate, sales, project management, marketing, and business operations. Through a partnership with AI CERTs®, the program provides globally recognized certifications that are relevant to local industry requirements.
The initiative supports internal teams, external clients, and industry partners by creating a scalable framework for building capabilities. This enhances productivity, reduces operational inefficiencies, and accelerates decision-making processes.
In its initial phase, the academy plans to train over 100 professionals, with ambitions to double course offerings by the end of the year. The academy also aims to expand across the GCC, and later into the wider Middle East and Chinese markets.

The academy is certified by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) and the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) in Abu Dhabi, as well as the Dubai Land Department (DLD) in Dubai. It was developed in collaboration with government and industry partners, positioning ThinkProp as a leading platform for real estate education and professional development in the region.
