Dubai:ALAIN, a diversified investment group based in Abu Dhabi, has started construction on the Rove Home Meydan Horizon residential development in Dubai. The project, which recently held a groundbreaking ceremony, will feature 190 fully furnished residences and is set for completion in the first quarter of 2029.
According to Emirates News Agency, this development marks the first residential collaboration between ALAIN and Rove Hotels. The 19-storey building is located in the Meydan Horizon district within Mohammed bin Rashid City, near a two-kilometre lagoon.
The residences will include smart layouts, modern finishes, and interiors inspired by Rove, complemented by a range of hospitality-inspired amenities designed for contemporary living. This project is part of ALAIN's broader strategy to create branded residential communities through key partnerships in real estate and hospitality, supporting Dubai's urban growth.
Khaled Al-Khoori, Managing Director of ALAIN, emphasized the significance of this development, noting it as the third groundbreaking for the group this year. He highlighted the demand for high-quality branded residences and the partnership with Rove Hotels as a way to deliver long-term value for investors and a vibrant community for residents.
Paul Bridger, Head of Rove Hotels, stated that Rove Home Meydan Horizon is crafted to offer more than just a living space, with numerous amenities within a well-connected Dubai neighborhood, aiming to create an energetic residential community that mirrors the lifestyle of its future inhabitants.
