Athens:The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has entered into two significant agreements with Enterprise Greece and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) to enhance business connectivity and opportunities between the UAE and Greece.
According to Wam, these agreements were signed during the UAE-Greece Business Forum in Athens. The partnerships aim to bolster economic ties by creating new channels for trade and investment exploration, and by supporting the growth of businesses in both countries. The agreements were signed by Dr. Ali bin Harmal Al Dhaheri on behalf of ADCCI, with Dimitris Skalkos and Ioannis Bratakos representing Enterprise Greece and ACCI, respectively.
These collaborations connect ADCCI with two pivotal Greek institutions, aligning with Enterprise Greece's role in promoting foreign direct investment and Greek exports, and ACCI's vast network of over 140,000 companies. The agreements will facilitate the exchange of information, support business meetings, and promote collaboration in various sectors, building on the existing economic relationship that saw bilateral non-oil trade reach approximately US$606 million in 2025.
The partnerships are part of ADCCI's strategy to extend opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises and to support their expansion into European markets. Both parties are committed to turning these agreements into actionable business opportunities, furthering the economic relationship between the UAE and Greece.
