Dubai:The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Grandiose Supermarket. This partnership aims to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors, focusing on the provision of retail services, consumer goods, and essential supplies to the residents of MBRHE's residential communities. The collaboration is expected to support the integration of available services and improve the quality of life for community members.
According to Emirates News Agency, the MoU was signed at MBRHE's headquarters in Dubai with the presence of high-ranking officials, including Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, CEO of MBRHE, and Ghassan Aboud, Chairman of Ghassan Aboud Holding. The agreement was signed by Noura Mohammed Al Rumaithi, Assistant CEO for the Housing Sector at MBRHE, and Ahmed Aboud, CFO at Ghassan Aboud Holding.
The MoU sets a framework for leveraging Grandiose's retail expertise to meet the daily needs of residents in MBRHE's communities. It also includes the evaluation of future investment cooperation opportunities, aligned with applicable laws and procedures, to support sustainable development goals in the housing sector.
Noura Mohammed Al Rumaithi emphasized MBRHE's commitment to strengthening integrated residential communities by addressing residents' needs and building partnerships to enhance service availability. She highlighted the MoU as an opportunity to collaborate with Grandiose, ensuring daily essentials are accessible, thereby improving residents' convenience and quality of life.
