Abu Dhabi:ADIPEC 2026 has become a platform for showcasing advanced solutions in oil facility safety, with Flexitallic and INTEGRA Technologies presenting their latest gasket technologies and industrial joint integrity solutions. These innovations are designed to prevent leaks, address flange corrosion, and enhance overall operational safety.
According to Emirates News Agency, an INTEGRA Technologies specialist discussed the company’s Total Joint Integrity service, which has been recently introduced in the Middle East. This service combines gasket manufacturing with joint integrity procedures to prevent leaks during plant commissioning. The company utilizes digital software to track joint integrity operations, covering aspects from documentation and inspection to flange assembly, controlled bolting, and testing, thereby minimizing errors and ensuring operational readiness.
Flexitallic LLC is showcasing its Flange Rescue Gaskets (FRG), which are designed to address flange corrosion issues while reducing maintenance time and costs. These gaskets also aim to improve health, safety, and environmental performance. Other products on display include ISOFLEX-FS isolation gaskets, which have met qualification requirements for companies like Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and Shell, as well as Corriculite for seawater and corrosive environments, and Change gaskets for high-temperature and cyclic loading applications.
The Flexitallic representative highlighted the company’s plans to expand its specialized offerings to meet the growing demand in the oil and gas industry, particularly from ADNOC. The UK-headquartered group operates manufacturing facilities in Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi, where they produce gaskets for critical applications, including refinery and petrochemical units. Notably, ISOFLEX-FS gaskets are manufactured locally in the UAE.
