Abu Dhabi:Mannesmann Energy has unveiled a new project in collaboration with ADNOC aimed at upgrading existing facilities and boosting production capacity at NEB CPP assets located in Al-Nouf, Rumaitha, and Shanayel. The company plans to formalize this initiative through an agreement to implement the project.
According to Wam, Mannesmann Energy is also set to sign two memoranda of understanding (MoUs). These agreements will see the company become the exclusive agent and representative in the UAE for JINGBO, known for its high-pressure oilfield hoses, and PETROTEX Group, a global supplier of tubular products for the oil and gas industry and offshore systems.
Eng. Anas Aljuaidi, CEO of Mannesmann Energy, emphasized that the project aims to meet production capacity goals, enhance asset integrity, and support sustainable long-term development in line with ADNOC's strategic objectives. Products introduced to the UAE market through these partnerships will include JINGBO's high-pressure hoses for well control and PETROTEX Group's premium oil country tubular goods.
Under the proposed MoUs, Mannesmann Energy will serve as the local commercial interface for both JINGBO and PETROTEX, facilitating marketing and supply in the UAE. The company holds over 20 technology partnerships globally, including collaborations with Bosch and Shuangliang for renewable energy and hydrogen production equipment, respectively.
Mannesmann Energy's extensive project portfolio includes work for ADNOC Group companies, such as 10 utility projects and a centralized leak detection system for ADNOC Gas Processing. The company is also responsible for the region's first high-speed hydrogen vehicle refueling station and other significant pipeline projects.
As a wholly Emirati-owned company, Mannesmann Energy specializes in engineering, procurement, and construction across various sectors. Its participation in ADIPEC 2026 marks the 10th anniversary of its strategic partnership with ADNOC, with projects valued at around AED1 billion.
During ADIPEC, Mannesmann Energy is organizing a roundtable on contractor relations with ADNOC and is actively discussing the implementation of the NEB CPP project. The company is also exploring technology transfer, localization, and strengthening local supply chains while engaging with professionals for recruitment to support its growth.
