A wanted suspect arrested according to Article (28) of the Drugs Act in Babylon

Baghdad, The Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of a wanted suspect according to Article (28) of the Drugs Act in Babylon Governorate.The Ministry stated in a statement: "The Intelligence Agency detachments (Intelligence Falcons Cell), in cooperation with the Babylon Governorate Police Command, carried out an operation based on accurate intelligence information and field follow-up, which resulted in the arrest of a wanted suspect according to Article (28) of the Drugs Act, as well as his carrying out armed robbery operations in the governorate. The operation was carried out after obtaining the necessary judicial approvals.The accused was referred to the competent investigative authorities to receive his just punishment."Source: National Iraqi News Agency
