Abdullah Bin Zayed Engages in Talks with Foreign Ministers Amid Iranian Missile Attacks

Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has engaged in telephone conversations with several foreign ministers to discuss regional developments following the Iranian missile attacks on the UAE and other countries in the region.

According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah held discussions with Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait; Tom Berendsen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands; and Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore. During these talks, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah expressed gratitude for their countries' support and confirmed the safety of all residents and visitors in the UAE.

The conversations also focused on the recent announcement by US President Donald Trump regarding a two-week ceasefire between the United States and Iran. The ministers discussed the importance of unified international action to achieve lasting regional peace and enhance security and stability both in the region and globally.
