Abdullah Bin Zayed Meets Kuwaiti Prime Minister to Discuss Bilateral Relations


Kuwait city: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, engaged in a meeting with H.H. Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, during his working visit to Kuwait City.



According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions centered on the strong fraternal ties between the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait and explored avenues for enhancing cooperation in economic, trade, investment, and development sectors. Both leaders emphasized aligning these efforts with the aspirations of their respective leaderships and peoples for progress and prosperity.



H.H. Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah expressed a warm welcome to H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his delegation, highlighting the historical depth of the relationship between the two nations. In response, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan reiterated the UAE’s commitment to fostering joint cooperation with Kuwait, aiming to support sustainable development and fulfill the aspirations of both countries’ citizens for a brighter future.



The meeting saw the participation of several notable figures, including Sheikh Theyab bin Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrui, Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Saeed bin Mubarak Al Hajeri, Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, Dr. Matar Hamed Al Neyadi, and Sheikh Maktoum bin Butti Al Maktoum.
