ADGM Launches New Service Centre at The Galleria Al Maryah Island

Abu dhabi: ADGM, the international financial centre of Abu Dhabi, today announced the opening of its new Service Centre at The Galleria Al Maryah Island. This initiative aims to enhance direct engagement with businesses and residents across Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands by providing walk-in access to essential services, including real property services like lease registration, sale and purchase transactions, and visa-related services.

According to Emirates News Agency, the opening of this Service Centre is a testament to ADGM's continued growth, reinforcing its status as the fastest-growing financial hub in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. It stands as the region's largest international financial centre, boasting over 12,000 active licences. This development highlights ADGM's commitment to delivering accessible, client-focused services, solidifying its role as a preferred destination for businesses aiming to establish, operate, and expand in Abu Dhabi and beyond.

Rashed Al Blooshi, CEO of the Registration Authority at ADGM, stated, "The opening of the ADGM Service Centre marks another important milestone in our growth journey. As demand for ADGM continues to accelerate, this new centre allows us to engage more closely with businesses, residents, and investors, provide hands-on support, and deliver an enhanced client experience. It reflects our ongoing commitment to accessibility, innovation, and building an enabling ecosystem for our customers at every stage."

The Service Centre offers an additional, easily accessible point of contact for businesses and residents within ADGM's jurisdiction, complementing ADGM's digital services with in-person support. Situated on the concourse level of The Galleria Al Maryah Island, the Service Centre will operate throughout the week from 09:00 to 21:00.

During weekdays, in-person services will be available from 09:00 to 16:00. Outside of these hours and on weekends, dedicated hosts will assist visitors and direct them to digital service booths, ensuring uninterrupted access to information and assistance.
