Ajman Department of Finance Partners with Ajman Bank to Enhance Digital Financial Operations

AJMAN: The Department of Finance in Ajman has entered into a strategic partnership with Ajman Bank aimed at strengthening digital financial integration, minimizing bureaucracy, and enhancing the effectiveness of financial operations. This collaboration is designed to deliver high-quality financial services across government entities.

According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement seeks to enable government departments to fully transition to electronic transactions. This shift is expected to decrease human errors, optimize resource utilization, and enhance the integration between government and banking financial systems. Such improvements are anticipated to streamline financial control operations significantly.

Marwan Al Ali, Director-General of the Department of Finance in Ajman, emphasized the importance of this agreement, stating, "The signing of this agreement represents an important step towards supporting the digital infrastructure of the government financial sector, and reflects the department's commitment to adopting the best technical practices to enhance operational efficiency, speed up procedures, and improve the quality of financial services."

He further noted that the agreement marks a transformative change in the financial interaction mechanisms between the government and the banking sector, providing an integrated digital platform for executing bank transfers and settlements with precision and reliability.

Mustafa Al-Khalafawi, CEO of Ajman Bank, commented on the partnership, saying, "The agreement to automate bank transfer and financial settlement procedures represents a pivotal step towards developing operational efficiency, accuracy, and transparency at the level of government entities.
