Ajman: The Emirate of Ajman recorded 1,623 real estate transactions worth AED2.78 billion in December, marking a 22 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, highlighted the significant rise in activity, reflecting the robust nature of Ajman's real estate sector.
According to Emirates News Agency, Al Jurf Industrial 2 achieved the highest transaction value at AED28 million. The Ajman Real Estate Index also reported that 198 mortgage transactions exceeded AED339.8 million. The December performance was characterized by a record-breaking level of activity fueled by a growing direct demand for properties.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi noted that Emirates City Ajman was at the forefront of major developments, while Al Helio 2 emerged as the most traded neighborhood. The data underscores the positive momentum in Ajman's real estate market, which continues to attract significant investment and interest.
