Arada Sees Sales More Than Triple to AED9.15 Billion in H1 2025

Dubai: Arada has reported a tripling of sales during the first half of 2025 to AED9.15 billion as healthy demand for premium residential property continues to lift markets across the UAE. The master developer saw a 336% increase in the value of property sold at its projects in Dubai and Sharjah, driven by major launches and increasing interest in existing master planned communities.

According to Emirates News Agency, Arada sold 2,382 homes during the first six months of the year, marking a 247% gain compared to the same period in 2024. The developer's most successful projects during this period included the precision wellness destination Akala, launched in Dubai in May, and Masaar 2, a 2,000 villa and townhouse community launched in Sharjah in February, which sold out in just three hours.

HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada, expressed that the company's philosophy of connecting people and spaces with purpose has been transformational. He noted that this long-term, people-first strategy has consistently delivered meaningful value for residents and investors.

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, announced plans to build on the strong sales results by launching three additional projects across the UAE in the second half of 2025, totaling around 5,000 new homes. He also mentioned Arada's expansion plans into Australia and the pursuit of new opportunities and partnerships both domestically and internationally.

Arada's impressive sales have been supported by strong performances in Sharjah and Dubai's property markets. Recent data from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department revealed a 48% increase in property sales value to AED27 billion in the first half of 2025. Meanwhile, Dubai continued to strengthen its status as a global property hotspot, with a 25% increase in real estate sales value to AED431 billion.

Since its inception in 2017, Arada has launched nine successful projects in Sharjah and Dubai, with a future project pipeline in the UAE and Australia valued at over AED90 billion. To date, Arada has sold over 17,000 units valued at over AED29 billion, with more than 10,000 units completed.
