A member of the Saudi Shura Council and the Chairman of the Saudi-Canadian Parliamentary Friendship Committee, Dr. Ibrahim bin Mahmoud Al-Nahas, has held a virtual meeting with Canadian Senator Mohammad Al Zaibak.During the meeting, Dr. Al-Nahas emphasized the crucial legislative and oversight roles of the Shura Council. He stressed the importance of parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening relations between the two countries and enhancing parliamentary work.The two legislators discussed the status of their countries' bilateral relations, particularly between their respective legislative bodies.
