Chamber of Commerce honors governorate’s leadership tax office

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Al-Hodeidah honored on Monday the Director of the Tax Office in the governorate, Sadiq Al-Harthi, in recognition of his efforts in strengthening the partnership with merchants, and improving trust between the tax administration and businessmen in the governorate.During the honoring, in the presence of a number of businessmen, the Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Muhammad Al-Hattami, and his deputy, Abdul-Ilah Saeed, handed over the Chamber's first-class shield to the Director of the Tax Office.. noting his efforts in resolving many pending cases in the courts, and achieving a qualitative shift in the tax field.In turn, the Chairman of the General Revolution Hospital Authority in the governorate, Dr. Khaled Suhail, praised the distinguished role of the Director of the Tax Office in correcting the concepts of tax work, crowning commitment to the principle of collecting with kindness, and dealing positively with taxpayers.Source: Yemen News Agency
