Dubai Chamber of Commerce Unveils 2026 Business Strategy at Quarterly Roundtable

Dubai: Dubai Chamber of Commerce, part of the trio of chambers under Dubai Chambers, has convened its first quarterly roundtable meeting of Business Groups and Business Councils for the year 2026. The meeting, held at the chamber's headquarters, focused on assessing Dubai's economic landscape and identifying emerging opportunities across multiple sectors. The session also detailed the chamber's initiatives designed to bolster the local private sector.

According to Emirates News Agency, the chamber emphasized its commitment to enhancing the business community's efficiency and improving the local legislative environment. In collaboration with Business Groups, the chamber reviewed 54 laws and draft laws in 2025, with a 60% adoption rate for private sector recommendations. Throughout the year, 250 meetings with Business Groups and Councils, including annual general meetings, were coordinated. Additionally, 15 meetings were organized to connect Business Groups, Business Councils, and key government entities.

During 2025, the chamber launched five new Business Councils to represent investors from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Brazil, Slovakia, and Peru. The establishment of the Dubai Delivery Business Group was also announced, aimed at supporting the delivery sector's growth and creating a platform for delivery companies in the emirate.

Business Groups and Councils are vital for forging strategic partnerships that will define Dubai's future success.
