Dubai International Content Market 2024 to Showcase Global Media Leaders.

Dubai: The 7th edition of the Dubai International Content Market (DICM) is set to launch on November 12th at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference and Events Centre. This two-day event will bring together prominent figures from global content creation, distribution, and broadcasting sectors, positioning itself as the premier gathering for industry leaders. Attendees can anticipate exclusive screenings, strategic networking opportunities, and high-level discussions aimed at influencing the future of content within the MENA region and beyond.

According to Emirates News Agency, DICM 2024 will host over 800 professionals from more than 50 countries, including leading media companies and content distributors. With over 87 exhibitors, the event will offer access to the latest content trends, key decision-makers, and global distribution opportunities. Noteworthy exhibitors include TRT, Inter Medya, ZEE Entertainment, Fox Global Entertainment, and Blue Ant Media. The event anticipates over 1,300 B2B meetings focused on co
ntent negotiations and partnerships, establishing it as a crucial marketplace for content professionals.

Tariq AlMadani, CEO of INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions, stated that DICM has become a significant platform for industry transformation, fostering new opportunities and meaningful partnerships that extend beyond the MENA region. The DICM Talks program, a highlight of the event, will present 16 expert-led panel sessions on topics such as global content trends, co-productions, brand collaborations, and the growing prominence of Arabic content. These sessions will feature insights from leaders at Parrot Analytics, Augustus Media, and ZEE Entertainment, providing valuable perspectives on content consumption dynamics in the MENA region.

Exclusive screenings of anticipated content will be showcased by ma
jor players like TRT and Inter Medya, offering attendees a first look at new productions and a platform for discussion and discovery. Producers Connect will also provide a dedicated space for exploring co-production opportunities and facilitating connections between producers, creators, and financiers.

DICM 2024 will serve as an international hub, with exhibitors and participants from regions including the USA, UK, India, Japan, and Turkey. A notable feature will be the exclusive screening of the historical drama Fatih: Sultan of Conquests, featuring key talents like Serkan Çayoglu and moderated by Mustafa Ilbeyli from TRT.
