Egypt denounces new Israeli deadly airstrikes on camp in Al-Mawasi

CAIRO: Egypt has strongly condemned the most recent Israeli airstrikes that killed and injured dozens of Palestinian civilians in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis, according to the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.In the statement carried by Ahram Online, Egypt urged Israel to halt its disregard for the lives of Palestinian civilians and to uphold essential humanitarian standards as mandated by international law.The foreign ministry added that Israel's actions against unarmed civilians are unacceptable and cannot be justified or limited by any statute of limitations.Egypt also expressed strong condemnation of the global silence surrounding Israel's crimes, warning that these ongoing violations complicate efforts towards reaching a ceasefire in Gaza.Source: Emirates News Agency
