The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, on Wednesday, sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Lucia, Alpha Romanos.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Romanos on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
