India’s new Foreign Secretary takes office

India's new government has appointed Vikram Misri as Foreign Secretary.Misri assumed the charge of the Foreign Secretary on Monday.The new Foreign Secretary was India's Deputy National Security Adviser for two and a half years before taking up his new office.Source: Emirates News Agency
