Iranian Pres. takes oath before the Iranian parliament

TEHRAN, The newly inaugurated President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, took the oath of office before the Iranian Parliament to formally serve the four-year term.Pezeshkian was sworn in Tuesday in the Parliament during the ceremony that saw attendees of foreign dignitaries including Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya.The new Iranian President won the snap presidential elections following the death of former President Ebrahim Raisi.Source: Kuwait News Agency
