Abu Dhabi: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has refused to approve the entry of mobile homes and heavy earthmoving equipment into the Gaza Strip during Saturday night’s security consultations. Media Office in Gaza said, “Israel’s refusal to allow the entry of mobile homes and heavy equipment is an evasion of its obligations signed under the ceasefire agreement.”
According to Emirates News Agency, the decision by Netanyahu has sparked concerns over the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, where many residents are in need of temporary housing and infrastructure repairs. The rejection comes amidst ongoing tensions and highlights the challenges in implementing agreements designed to ease the situation on the ground. The refusal to permit the entry of essential equipment and housing solutions is seen as a setback in efforts to stabilize and rebuild areas affected by recent conflicts.
The Media Office in Gaza emphasized that the entry of these materials was part of the terms agreed upon in the cea
sefire, aiming to facilitate reconstruction efforts and improve living conditions for the residents. The denial of access to these resources is perceived as a hindrance to the progress and recovery expected from the ceasefire arrangement. The situation remains delicate, with both sides needing to navigate the complexities of the agreement to ensure peace and stability in the region.
