Israeli Colonists Vandalize Mosque in Nablus-District Town

Nablus: Israeli colonists on Friday vandalized a mosque in Khirbet Tana locality in Beit Furik, east of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to a local source. Thaer Hanani, a member of the Khirbet Tana Land Defense Committee, reported the incident, stating that the colonists forced their way into Ash-Sheikh Mosque. Inside, they caused destruction and also vandalized a fence that surrounds nearby orchards.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the incident is part of a broader pattern of violence by colonists against Palestinians and their properties. The vandalism in Khirbet Tana adds to ongoing tensions in the region, where similar acts have been reported previously. Community leaders call for increased protection and intervention to prevent further violence and damage to property.
