King Faisal University Wins 3 Gold Medals at ITEX 2024 Exhibition in Malaysia

Al-Ahsa, King Faisal University (KFU) teams secured three gold medals for their winning inventions at the 35th edition of the Malaysia International Inventions, Innovations, Technology Competition and Exhibition (ITEX) 2024, held on May 14th.Over 700 innovations from around the world, spanning various fields, participated in the competition.The KFU teams' inventions showcased at ITEX included the "Lithium Battery Analysis Device," which provides a comprehensive report on the battery's condition and quality, identifying the faulty part for replacement.The second invention is for "Innovative Natural Dressings for Wounds," used to facilitate wound healing processes and improve their efficiency.The third invention is about 'Analyzing Toxic Azo Dyes from Industrial Wastewater Using Silver Nanoparticles and Petriococcus Algae Particles.'Source: Saudi Press Agency
