Idlib, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Tuesday distributed 33,270 bags of wheat flour to earthquake victims in Idlib Governorate, Syria. The aid benefited 190,620 individuals from the most vulnerable groups, as part of the Zakat Al-Fitr project for the year 1445 AH.KSrelief distributed 20,950 bags of wheat flour to earthquake victims in Idlib, Harem, and the Atmeh camps in Al-Dana, benefiting 116,700 individuals. Additionally, 12,320 bags of wheat flour were distributed to affected individuals in the displaced persons camps in Afrin and Sharan, benefiting 73,920 individuals.The project aims to distribute 62,250 bags of wheat flour, weighing approximately 1.56 tons, benefiting 373,500 individuals from displaced and earthquake-affected families in Idlib and Aleppo governorates.The food aid comes within the framework of humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to assist needy and affected groups worldwide with various f orms of relief and humanitarian support.Source: Saudi Press Agency
