Vaduz: President of the Landtag (Parliament) of Liechtenstein, Manfred Kaufmann, recently met with Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan, President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, to explore ways to strengthen cooperation in promoting tolerance, peace, and dialogue.According to Emirates News Agency, Al Jarwan emphasized the importance of enhancing international parliamentary partnerships. He also discussed engaging educational institutions and civil society as vital components in advancing sustainable peace.Kaufmann acknowledged the Council's role and initiatives in Europe and globally. He affirmed the Liechtenstein Parliament's support for the Council's mission and expressed interest in expanding joint cooperation in the future.
