Literature, Publishing, Translation Commission Chief Meets with EU Ambassador

Chief Executive of the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission (LPTC) Mohammed Hasan Alwan met Thursday with European Union (EU) Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Christophe Farnaud.At LPTC headquarters in Riyadh, the two officials discussed cultural relations and avenues for their further development.The meeting also showcased several LPTC programs and initiatives, through which it seeks to promote education across various civilizations, facilitate experience sharing, and foster collaboration with intellectuals, writers, and thinkers.They also discussed means of cooperation in literature, publishing, and translation, as well as the participation in joint cultural and literary exhibitions to enhance Saudi-EU relations in these domains.Source: Saudi Press Agency
