Abu Dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, has chaired the Ministerial Development Council meeting, which took place at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. The meeting focused on reviewing development proposals and projects submitted by various ministries and federal entities across governmental sectors.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting covered a wide range of government strategies and policies presented to the Council. These encompassed sectors such as education, family empowerment, biodiversity, the juridical system, financial markets, and entrepreneurship support. The Council also analyzed the performance results of ministries and federal entities, with a particular emphasis on government service delivery standards and digital development initiatives.
Additionally, the Council examined drafts of legislation and Executive Regulations concerning public benefit institutions in the UAE, the energy sector, and the formation of several specialized federal committees. Various proposals aimed at enhancing the productivity and efficiency of human resources within the Federal Government were also reviewed. Updated regulations linked to the healthcare and social development sectors were discussed, along with Federal National Council requests primarily related to the country’s infrastructure network.
