Mansour Bin Zayed Meets Jordanian Prime Minister at World Governments Summit

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, today convened with Dr. Jafar Abd Abdel Fattah Hassan, Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, along with his delegation, during the World Governments Summit (WGS 2026) in Dubai. The meeting focused on reinforcing the ties between the UAE and Jordan and exploring ways to boost bilateral cooperation in areas of shared interest for the prosperity of their peoples.

According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions also covered significant issues on the agenda of the World Governments Summit 2026. His Highness Sheikh Mansour highlighted the robust relations between the UAE and Jordan and emphasized the commitment to ongoing joint efforts, coordination, and knowledge exchange to support mutual development goals.

The meeting was attended by prominent UAE officials, including Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade; Humaid Obaid Khalifa Obaid Abushibs, President of UAE Accountability Authority; and Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development. From Jordan, Abdul Latif Al-Najdawi, Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs, participated in the discussions.
