The people of Serwah district in Marib province organized a mass rally on Saturday, in commemoration of Ashura, and to condemn the crime of burning the Holy Qur'an in Sweden and Denmark.
In the march, the participants raised slogans and banners expressing the tragedy of Karbala and the grievances of the Yemeni people, and the aggression and siege they are exposed to.
Speeches were delivered by the scholar Muhammad al-Hakim, the scholar Abdul Hamid al-Ghayathi, and the mobilization official in the directorate, Saeed Umair, who indicated the importance of commemorating this memory in order to draw lessons and lessons from this painful tragedy and his sacrifice that he embodied for the Islamic nation in establishing the truth and rejecting the humiliation and refraction that the tyrants of his time wanted.
It stressed the importance of reminding of the grievances of the family of the Messenger of God, their sacrifices in the face of tyranny, and their movement with a responsible Quranic motive to spread justice and revive religion.
The statement of the march called for adherence to the values and principles for which the grandson of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family, lived, and to follow his example in the face of everything that threatens the dignity, unity and security of the believers.
And stressed the necessity of drawing lessons and lessons from this memory, by following the approach of Imam Hussein in fighting the oppressors and tyrants... pointing to the spirit of sacrifice and redemption shown by Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, on the day of Ashura, which is considered an example for those stationed in the path of God.
It denounced the continuous abuses of the Holy Qur’an by Sweden and Denmark, which follow in the footsteps of the Zionists in their war against Islam and Muslims.
The statement also affirmed that the Yemeni people will continue their march in the face of the Saudi-Emirati aggression and its allies, and will defend their sovereignty, independence and unity, and will liberate every inch of their land, relying on God Almighty and based on his strength and will.
